PERTH LICENSED SURVEYS
Boundary Re-Pegging
Before construction is about to begin on a development, it is important to make sure all property boundaries are properly defined and marked.
Perth Boundary Re-Pegging
In many cases there may be marks found, however, we often find existing boundary pegs can be incorrect. New subdivisions often have boundary pegs knocked out of position. This can be a major problem if boundary (parapet) walls are part of a proposed building.
Often a building set-out is completed at the same time as the boundary re-peg survey.
